Custom Design Process

The custom design process starts with an idea and your vision for the look and feel of your wedding day.  But unlike Paper & Parcel's invitation collection, we start from scratch and create a truly one-of-a-kind piece. 

The design process starts with a converstation by email, phone, or in-person about all the details of your wedding. We'll also discuss ideas about your invitation design: layout, printing technique, ink colors, paper, and much more. 

From there, I will create an initial concept for your invitation where you can offer feedback. Then several rounds of proofing are included with the custom process so that we get the design just right. As such, I recommend starting early and plan at least an extra 4-6 weeks from your desired mailing date for design and production time. 

Due to the highly personalized process, I only take a limited number of custom clients at a time. Pricing varies based on the specifications of your order, but custom design requires a $800 minimum order.
